The play of sunlight off the grounds at Ferme Saint Simeon might remind you of an Impressionist painting… and for good reason: Claude Monet and his fellow artists conceived the iconic Honfleur School while drinking cider under these very apple trees.
Today the 17th-century Normand house offers 35 airy accommodations with oak parquet flooring, lush fabrics and fine furnishings; many of which overlook the Seine estuary. You can often catch live music in the wood-paneled lounge.

Ferme Saint Simeonis a beautiful 17th century Norman house located on the heights of Honfleur, boasting a panoramic Seine Estuary view, whose lights fascinated the masters of impressionism. Today, visitors can taste here the pleasures of life whilst gazing upon the estuary and the “Marvellous Clouds” that the Impressionists wanted to embrace.
