“My husband and I planned our recent honeymoon with Amber from The Travel Agent, Inc. She made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Once we chose our destination of Nobu Los Cabos, Amber handled everything from flights, to transport from the airport, accommodations and even activities and excursions. Everything was on one itinerary that we were able to print out and take with us, and included detailed descriptions and instructions including where to meet our driver at the airport, what their uniform would look like and what type of car they would be driving.
The resort, amenities and service were amazing, and the food was over the top phenomenal! Claudia was our resort ambassador. She gave us her phone number upon check-in and stayed in communication with us via text message throughout our stay to book dinner reservations, answer questions, and even helped me plan a private dinner on the beach as a surprise for my husband’s birthday! While we were at dinner, she surprised both my husband and I by decorating our room with balloons and leaving birthday cake!
We were a bit nervous about what to expect in regards to traveling internationally during Covid. We quickly realized there was really no reason for concern, and aside from answering a couple of questions at the airport about whether we had Covid symptoms, it was a non-issue. The United States required a negative covid test to return, and the hotel offered free testing in house, which they scheduled with us when we checked in. The testing was quick and convenient and they emailed the results to us quickly with a link to where we needed to send and upload the results before our flight home. They also did a good job of explaining what would happen in the event that we tested positive, and offered a highly discounted room rate so that you could stay until you could return home.
We were pleasantly surprised by just how easy the entire process was. We will definitely be planning future vacations with The Travel Agent!”
