I spent Thanksgiving at the Beach Club by Virgin Voyages on the island of Bimini in the Bahamas. This private area of the island is just for Virgin Voyage guests. It had a nice stretch of beach to walk on, relaxing lounge chairs, two pools, two bars, and freshly prepared food. I had snapper and coconut-crusted corn on the cob for my Thanksgiving beach lunch. This was my first relaxing vacation since 2019 and I completely needed it. I was first intrigued by Virgin Voyages when I found out about them a few years ago. It’s adult-only (18+), they have specialty dining (all included), and they visit many ports in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.
Virgin Voyages is a perfect cruise for those who are open-minded and willing to try new things. It allows everyone to come as they are. Just like any cruise line, there are multiple dining options, many bars, entertainment options, shows, nightclubs, pools, a gym, and a spa. Definitely come hungry, as there is a steak and Italian restaurant onboard! No formal seating with your thousand “closest friends.” See my pictures on our Facebook page!
